Value description
For the purposes of this strategy, electronic administration means a primary construction of such an Information System of the city and its subordinated organizations, where the actions and communication on the side of the city, as well as the actions and communications carried out by the citizens, will be conducted purely or at least prevailingly in the electronic form. As a matter of course there is a close integration of these services into databases and registers of the central eGovernment and implementation of cyber security tools across the system.
Contribution to the city
By introducing electronic communication Citizen-Authority, or Authority-Citizen and Authority-Authority will minimize the necessity Citizens to visit the authorities. The citizen will also be able to perform most of the tasks from a mobile device or a PC. The system can also be expected to accelerate and streamline the performance of the administration and provide a high level of insight into the services that citizens consume or may consume from the city or its organizations. Benefits lie in the flexibility of the way these services are used and an overview of obligations and opportunities that are attributed to consumed services.
