Efficiently functioning administration will make it easier to spend available resources of the city for the delivery of public services to all city residents, with adequate consumption of these resources for the administration's own operation (the Municipality). Thanks to mutual informing and coordination of all the components (including citizen involvement), it will be possible to achieve a higher added value on the implemented activities. The condition for achieving these benefits is to ensure the growth of quality of human capital of the people in the city administration and efficient adjustment of the whole administrative structure.

Efficiently functioning administration will allow for good implementation of the city strategy and its subordinate partial policies, both on the side of the city, city-owned companies and organizations established by the city. The quality of delivered public services and the satisfaction of the residents with their shape as well as with the functioning of the local administration will increase.

Lecturer at Masaryk University, where, besides teaching with the help of simulation executive games I have led and developed for several years an inter-university students' competition project (MUNISS) , which now involves in its teams MU, Mendelu, BUT and STUBA (Bratislava) students. The teams prepare studies for the Brno City Municipality on requested issues. In the last few years I have also dealt with the issues of Smart city. Currently, he leads with the Brněnská karta (Brno Card) project, i.e. the development of an e-shop for city services. On the www.brnopas.cz domain, an electronic season ticket ("šalinkarta") has been available since January 2017, and other services should follow. Focus is put on an efficient use of municipal companies for the provision of services to citizens and residents.
